TERMS & CONDITIONS
To make a booking cancellation or amendment, please email info@roughandtumble.co.nz with your booking reference number, name and a clear description of what change(s) you wish to make. Cancellation and/or amendment requests must be made by the person who made the initial booking.
Cancellations (whether in part or full):
- Notified more than 3 months prior to your arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund (of the cancelled portion).
- Notified between 3 months and 21 days prior to your arrival date are eligible for an 80% refund (of the cancelled portion).
- Notified between 21 days and 72 hours prior to 12 noon on your arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund (of the cancelled portion).
- Notified less than 72 hours prior to 12 noon on your arrival date, or at any point following, are ineligible for any refund (i.e. 100% forfeiture of the cancelled portion).
Amendments (e.g. changes to booking dates):
- Notified more than 21 days prior to your arrival date will not be subject to an amendment fee.
- Notified between 21 days and 72 hours prior to 12 noon on your arrival date will be subject to a $30 amendment fee.
- Notified less than 72 hours prior to 12 noon on your arrival date will be subject to a $50 amendment fee.
- Notified after 12 noon on your arrival date will be treated as cancellations and will be subject to new booking costs.
In order to change booking dates, replacement dates must be provided immediately.
Where an amendment transfers your booking into a higher rate season, the uplift will be payable. Where an amendment transfers your booking into a lower rate season, no refund will apply.
Prices are subject to change. Where a price lesser than you paid becomes available, no refund or post-purchase price adjustment will apply to your existing booking.
Any discount for a multiple night stay only applies if the nights are consecutive and all nights are booked together (in the same booking). Where a multiple night stay discount has been applied, any change to the number of nights booked will result in the new applicable nightly rate being charged.
Any charges resulting from amendments or additions to bookings will be charged to the credit card that made the initial booking payment.
